The same listing does not work in two places.

Each marketplace shows a different amount of your title, wants different fields, and removes listings for different reasons. Prodop knows the rules for each one and checks every rewrite against them before you see it.

Shopify

About 70 characters shown in search. SEO title and meta description are separate fields.

140-character titles, and exactly 13 tags of up to 20 characters each.

Every version is kept

Nothing is ever overwritten. If a rewrite reads wrong on your storefront, publish the previous version and it's back. The listing you imported is never modified.

Products only

Prodop asks Shopify for permission to read and write products, and nothing else. It cannot see your orders or your customers, because it never requests that access. Shopify enforces it, not us.

Encrypted before we store it

Your optimised listings are encrypted in your browser before they reach us, so we keep them without being able to read them. Publishing to your store is the one exception, and we say so plainly.

What counts as a unit?+

One unit is one product x one marketplace. A product optimised for Shopify and Etsy uses two units. Importing, exporting, publishing and rolling back are all free.

What can Prodop see in my Shopify store?+

Products only. Prodop asks Shopify for permission to read and write products and nothing else, so it is incapable of reading your orders or your customers. Shopify enforces that, not us.

Can I undo a change?+

Yes. Every version is kept and every version stays publishable, so putting an earlier one back is one action. The original you imported is never modified.

Which marketplaces can Prodop publish to?+

Shopify. For Etsy, Amazon, eBay and Google Shopping, Prodop writes to each marketplace's rules and you export the result — publishing directly to those is not built.

What happens if I lose my recovery phrase?+

Your optimised listings are encrypted in your browser before we store them, so we hold ciphertext we cannot read. Without the phrase, a new device cannot read your history, and we cannot recover it for you. Save it somewhere safe.

Can I cancel?+

Any time, from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
